Frequently Asked Questions

How long do the food and water supplies last in storage?

All food bars and water pouches in this kit carry a 5-year shelf life. Store the dry bag in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Check expiration dates annually and replace any items nearing the end of their shelf life to keep your kit fully mission-ready.

Is the dry bag truly waterproof?

Yes. The dry bag uses a roll-top closure system that creates a waterproof seal when rolled down tightly. It is designed to protect contents from rain, flooding, and wet evacuation conditions. While it is not rated for prolonged submersion, it will keep your supplies dry in typical emergency weather scenarios.

Can I customize this kit with a company or organization logo?

Yes, custom patch branding is available for bulk orders. A one-time artwork setup fee covers the logo conversion and production-ready patch creation. Contact our customer service team to request a bulk quote and discuss lead times for custom-branded survival kits.

What makes the Comfort tier different from Essential and Necessity for 5 people?

For a group of five, the Comfort kit includes 60 water pouches, 45 food bars, 50 purification tablets, 5 hydration bags, sleeping bags, tube tents, a 100+ piece deluxe first aid kit, deluxe hygiene kits, work gloves, goggles, rope, and a dynamo flashlight — gear designed to keep five people genuinely comfortable across three days of displacement. The Essential tier scales back to a basic first aid kit and no sleeping bags. The Necessity tier provides only the core survival basics with simple hygiene supplies.
