Frequently Asked Questions

Is 72 hours of supplies enough for a family of three?

FEMA and ready.gov recommend a minimum of 72 hours of emergency supplies per person. This kit meets that standard. For longer emergencies, supplement with additional food and water storage.

What is the difference between Necessity and Comfort kits?

The Necessity kit provides core essentials at a lower price. Comfort kits add deluxe first aid, deluxe hygiene kits, dynamo flashlight, 30+ hour candle, work gloves, and more tools.

Can this kit fit children’s supplies?

The food bars and water pouches are suitable for adults and children. For very young children, consider adding infant-specific supplies like formula and diapers separately.
